The Full Potential programme is here to help you take the next step.

What is Full Potential?

Full Potential is an employment and training programme designed for care-experienced young people. We’ll help you find paid work placements, apprenticeships, and training opportunities that match your goals. You’ll get personalised support from people who understand your journey and want to help you succeed.

Who can join?

  • Care leavers aged 17 to 25
  • Not currently in work, education, or training – or at risk of dropping out
  • Living in Haringey or placed outside the borough

What you’ll get:

  • Access to a paid work placement (20 hours per week for 12 weeks, paid at the London Living Wage)
  • Flexible opportunities across different job sectors
  • Support for mental health and wellbeing
  • Help with maths and English through Haringey Learns
  • Peer mentoring from care leavers already in work

What is Full Potential?

Unlock Potential. Build Futures. Partner with Haringey Full Potential Programme Give a local care leaver a chance to shine – at no cost to your business.

Placements are fully funded by Haringey Council – there’s no cost to your business. You provide the opportunity. We provide funding and full support.

Why take part?

We will handle recruitment, pay, and ongoing support throughout.
